By downloading, installing, or using the No Fair app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

No Fair is a mobile application that allows users to anonymously express emotions (such as unfairness, anger, or loneliness) by sending signals. Other users can support these signals anonymously. The App promotes emotional expression in a safe, judgment-free environment.

All content, design, code, and branding of No Fair are the property of Paweł Szczabel. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without written permission.

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

No Fair is not a mental health service. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a professional mental health provider or emergency services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paweł Szczabel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Opole, Poland, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
