End-User License Agreement

1. License Grant

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the No Fair app ("the App") on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of this EULA and the applicable app store terms.

2. Licensor

The App is licensed (not sold) by:

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.

4. Ownership

The App, including all intellectual property rights, is owned by Paweł Szczabel. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services:

Firebase (Google Cloud) — authentication, database, cloud functions.
OneSignal — push notification delivery.
RevenueCat — subscription management.

These services have their own privacy policies and terms. The Licensor is not responsible for their practices.

6. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Free trial: 7-day free trial may be offered. You will be charged after the trial ends unless you cancel.
Renewal: subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: manage subscriptions via your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play).

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.

8. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

The App is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and applicable EU regulations. Disputes shall be resolved by competent courts in Opole, Poland, subject to your consumer protection rights under EU law.
